In plain terms: there is no historical analogue that allows the government to strip Americans of their right to bear arms simply for visiting the local post office.

I'm quite sure the Law prohibiting guns in USPS Offices was ruled unconstitutional and repealed.
USPS is a common way for Manufacturers/Distributors, Dealers, and non-licensed persons to lawfully send guns: makes you wonder how much difference between having (ostensibly) an unloaded firearm in a box in your hands in line at the Counter and having a loaded and concealed pistol on your person: if one had intent on using it illegally, carrying it inside a Flat-Rate Box with extra magazines would actually be easier and less suspicious...Living life afraid of what other or you MIGHT do, while projecting those fears onto others opposed to self examination and help is stupid, but here we are.

I must live the simple life. I have no reason to go into a post office. But I also have a mail box and a wife that runs those kinds of errands, so that plays a part in it all.

The flip-up red flag on my mailbox has been broken in half for the last year or so, but my awesome mail lady still figures it out and will take my (send out) mail even though there's only a short red "stub" sticking up. lol

But I suppose that's besides the point of this thread. I was just saying. You know, the thing.


Edit: On a side note.
My mail lady's jeep has had a loud exhaust on her vehicle for the last 3 or 4 months. My wife says that's a good thing because she knows (hears) when our mail gets delivered. lol

I've watched the 1A auditors doing their 1A auditing thing in post offices. From those videos, I've noticed that not only are some of the USPS employees unhinged, but many of the customers are too.

From what I've seen in those videos, it's probably for the best to be armed in a post office.
It's never safe where there are unhinged leftists. Those people are just not right in the head.

I read an article on it and it was not in our district court so it only applies to that district unless it’s a liberal judge making a decision on removing illegals. Then it applies to the entire USA for some reason. Additionally, it was only for the people on the lawsuit and the SAF members if I remember correctly. I can’t find the article now.
As stated above state law bans this as well but I would think this ruling would overturn that as well.

Correct. It only covers the plaintiffs. And the appeal is surly already been written. These fucking people never sleep. And neither should we.

Funny part is just before the release of this they sent me an email asking me for money saying rulings often times only cover their members so this is part of their marketing strategy possibly?

Sounds like the postal employee got caught in the crossfire of another incident, either gang-related or domestic?

Interesting. Rifles aren't usually a close-range assassination device. Makes me wonder what caliber?
