Man wounded in Poughkeepsie; victim uncooperative
POUGHKEEPSIE – Police are searching for clues in the shooting of a man on Montgomery Street in the City of Poughkeepsie after 4 a.m. on Saturday, February 10.
The 21-year-old victim walked into the emergency room of a local hospital with a gunshot wound to his lower leg and hospital staff alerted police.
Detectives said the man was uncooperative and did not provide any other information about the incident or a description of a suspect.
The victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
