Raises questions , So where is the 5 ft ladder? what did he need it for? yard work? Did he bring that big 12 ft ladder with him? did the police leave it there when they checked the roof? If he didnt bring it his whole plan would have failed . He had to have some kind of plan to get on the roof

Obviously, thats where all the questions start. where did he put the the 5 ft ladder? was it in hs car? did he take it home first? are there any pics of the 5 ft ladder?
If he didnt bring the 12 foot ladder , it had to be on site . If he didnt bring the 12 ft ladder how did he plan on getting to the roof? He brought a weapon ammo range finder, backpack but was hoping to find a ladder ? and buys a 5 foot ladder he never plans on using .
