If you really genuinely are the CEO and not an elaborate phishing scheme, I would like to thank you for taking the time to recognize our plight and try to creatively work a solution to support our needs while also keeping your company in business and out of court.

We're people here too just because we're born in the wrong state and our overlords think they know best for us. We have a very vocal minority of people in politics ruining it for the rest of the state.


Any chance you guys can get involved in any formal suits or challenges against our clearly unconstitutional laws?

Sorry for this hassle!!!! This is an unintended offshoot of the what is referenced above, your esteem Attorney General of NY suing 10 gun companies, including PA. I will have a way for customers to confirm they understand the law so we can start shipping these items again by the end of day tomorrow.

Understood and we appreciate this. Good man Marshall and we all seem to love you guys here so we appreciate it. We understand why it was done and what she’s putting you through but the acknowledgement seems like a good compromise.
Many of us here have built NYS compliant AR’s, in fact I have your 1x3 red dot on my 6.8 SPC for hunting and I love it. The optic on the cold, wet, rainy/snowy day stayed crystal clear while my vortex binoculars fogged up so badly I couldn’t see a thing out of them.

While I can understand, but disagree with their perception of a legal position, this only serves to set legal precedent. Once you acknowledge that any part of a firearm manufactured or sold by your company maybe considered illegal in whatever state; is it really a stretch then to say that said company selling a complete firearm knew that it could be used to break the law or used in a homicide, and then ask as to why they sold it in the first place with this knowledge? This is whats known as the proverbial slippery slope. This type of compliance only complicates future legal defenses which is certainly coming their way. The burden of legality is on the consumer in these situations. The firearm and ammo manufactures are just boxing themselves in for a legal loss and huge back breaking law suits. Alex Jones.....1 trillion dollars.

But they'll get your business in the mean time. The gun community has no alligiance to each other. No single message to businesses that comply for profit. If that changes, so does their positions.

I understand your thoughts but if primary arms adds a check box to their web site saying a pistol grip, upper, adjustable stock can only be purchased from us if you acknowledge it will be used on a compliant firearm in NYS then I see no problems with that. It’s a great compromise for all involved and will cause no harm to anyone. Anything can be used illegally from a gun to a car to bat and even a lamp.

I will continue to buy from them and I hope everyone else does to.

They made a little attachment on a email they sent me, with a confirmation stating that I intend to use the item in compliance with state laws.

I would show you all the email but it will have to wait till I get home from work.

Many websites have this. Many have it for age requirements and other things. It’s essentially a warning label. Most things on warning labels are uneccessary too, but many people don’t know the law still. I just let a guy borrow my tools and was on standby for questions on building out an ar lower and he had no clue the mag lock would need to be locked. I had him buy DDS ranch mag lock and he must have asked me 3-4 times what’s this? How is that used? How do you load then, I don’t get it? My dad was the same thing, but he didn’t question me because he knows I know what I’m talking about.
This protects PA from these people saying well I didn’t know the law and since they sold it to me it must have been legal.

This is such state sanctioned bullshit! I'm so tired of hearing how NYS is trying to throw it's weight around. I'm surprised NY isn't trying to get these companies to pay protection money. It would be great if the affected companies would band together and go on the offensive. How is it these companies NY is going after don't fall under the PLCAA? Until they actually make individual parts, by name/type, illegal how can they go after these companies?

I have bought uppers from PSA and had them shipped directly to my house and mounted a 10 rounder affixed via a mag lock to them. Will you do the same process and ship us regular complete uppers?

MidwayUSA wouldn't ship me 10 round Sig P320 mags so I ordered them from PA along with a Wilson Combat grip module.

back in the days of the SAFT ACT .. Midway would not sell/ship a inline muzzle loader to a FFL here ..

haven't dealt with them since then ..

Just enough red now. Plus as you can see, there is a epoxied mag release. Its my coyote killer with a dedicated 5 round mag,,,, well its my hopeful coyote killer. No kills this year yet, just a bunch of WTF moments
