I get a recording that says their short staffed cuz of the covid shut down. Oh, and thanks for the loyalty to the brand. So I 'guess' one is suppose to keep calling and calling until the short staff graces you with an ear?

I have called them, many times. There is no, hold on and wait for the next available associate while you listen to irritating music.
I have discovered most web sites really suck, in my search.

Their customer service has been excellent in the past.

I needed a part for RCBS rotary tumbler. I emailed them and they sent me one at no charge. This was some time ago, long before covid19. Most companies will do that.
