CCI No. 34, 7.62 NATO spec primers. YMMV, but I use these to reload .270 Winchester and have been able to work up loads with standard deviations of <10 fps with both IMR 4955 and 4064 and sub-MOA groups with 100% reliable ignition in my old Remington 700.

I hope not either. I remember boxes of 1000 SPPs for like less than $50 including taxes and shelves full of them. Along with more powder than I would think anyone would want...

Been reloading for a long time and I thought that it was a fad or weird to reload pistol rounds. Basically folks thought I was a cheapskate. Guess not.

For those of you in the Buffalo area, I saw a bunch of primers in stock yesterday at Cabelas. They had Federal available in all but large rifle sizes, and they had CCI large pistol. The CCI were $ 90 and the Federal were $ 108 and $ 130 for match. Not sure how long they will last.

They had more varieties of ammunition on the shelf than I've seen in a couple years too. 9mm was as low as $.34 / round. .223 was as low as $.50 / round.

Has anyone had experience with this brand? Have seen them offered latlely. Me thinks people in that part of the world know how to make things go bang. 1675293788490.png

No first hand experience but I've spoken with people who have used them. Overall they perform very well. Cup hardness is similar to CCI.

I was using cheap (Servicios Aventuras Small Pistol Primers (1000 ct.)) and 18 out of 110 reloads were misfires. To make sure it wasn't my P365 I went thru over 100 additional rounds of CCI Blazer 124 gn FMJ and not one misfire. Each one had a visible dent but not bang.

Did you ever put them back in and try again? It seems alot of those foreign primers are hard.
