i'm curious as i'm no lawyer, but is it still legal to sell ammo privately in new york with ncis checks or what's the law of the week? thank you for the clarification!

Just bought some from a big box store. Didn't go thru their FFl, normal checkout line.

SAFE said BG checks and all of that take effect once the BG check system is in place.

They never made one, so none of that has kicked in.

Ammo sales in NY are still only subject to the same restrictions they were 10 years ago.
