Offer the club money to sell it to you. Or wait until they fold and try your luck at buying the place in the tax or foreclosure auction. Even if they're a 503(c), they still need to pay property taxes.Not to hijack your thread, but I too have wondered about taking over a Club Range: There is a Club near me that's really gone downhill in the last few years, Clubhouse is literally falling in, and the only time the Range get's mowed or maintenance pulled is when another fellow or myself do it.
