You forget what happened when Trump tried to reverse Obozo's more egregious EO's and the courts stopped him.

There are plenty of activist judges, but they're all on one side. The right hasn't realized that the rule of law is over in this country and it's open lawfare.

The only way to peacefully reverse course would be for every incumbent on the ballot in 2022 to lose to a challenger. Republican, democrat, whatever. Only a wave of truly fresh blood that turns around and massively defunds the deep state agencies will work.

Whats so sad is Putin of all people was right. We have political prisoners and even murdered one. Not as bad as Putin but were getting there. Most are in jail with no bail allowed charged with misdemeanor trespassing. Then the lawyers are denied access to video evidence which could show they were let in by the Capitol police. Which means they would get the charges dropped. If we had a actual functioning justice system . In this case we don't.

But a review of NYPD data by the investigative team at WNBC, the NBC owned station in New York, shows that a large percentage of the cases — particularly in the Bronx — were dismissed, and that many convictions were for counts like trespassing that carry no jail time.
