Supposedly CMMG makes their stuff and this looks to be the same as my right to bear .22 BCG so it makes sense.

if it need a gas block .. just rotate it 1/8 of a inch and now it a single shot .. no semi auto license needed

Its blowback operated. Though you can probably make it bolt action with stringer springs or a stronger charging handle latch

no blow black if the gas port is blocked off ... your charging handle is now the bolt .. so its a single shot ..

This information is incorrect. This .22 system operates the way a .22 semi auto rifle or pistol operates. The system does not need a gas block or gas tube to operate as semi auto. Basically the “recoil” ( to use term loosely) drives the bolt back and cycles system. This type of design is called a blowback system
