PSA Tooling Up For Domestic Steel-Cased Ammo Production
Just in time for the Russian ammo ban Palmetto State Armory has announced that they plan to be producing steel-cased Soviet calibers by 2023.

That’s been talked about in here numerous times over the last 1-2 years. Maybe they changed it. I’m not a fan of them so I wouldn’t know.Hell yeah! The more ammo manufacturing in this country, the better.
Since when is PSA not shipping uppers to NY? Is this a new thing?
Even if they just ship ammo to 45 free states, that will drive the price down everywhere. Ammo is a commodity. If they won't ship uppers to NY because of non-existent laws, I seriously doubt they'd ship ammo because of an unsupported and unusable law.

Yup. A new thing. No lowers to NY FFLs for sometime and the no uppers (complete or assembled) to NY started a few months ago. Although their stated policy allows a stripped upper to be shipped to NY I know some have had them cancelled, I guess even their folks are trapped in the apparent confusion.Since when is PSA not shipping uppers to NY? Could not get a specific reason for the policy change but was led to believe it involved a new draconian anti-gun push from Albany.
Optics Planet stopped selling complete uppers to NYS residents because of litigation threats about threaded barrels. They know that the "scary feature" is NY legal with a fixed mag. They also know the threaded barrel issue does not apply to bolt, lever, or pump applications. Again, it looks like legal counsel advised management to abandon the NY market.Oh hell...Now I'm thinking I need to try ordering one from them just to see what happens to my order.
