I thought it was unsustainable $10 trillion ago. Supposedly china's total debt on a relative basis is 10x worse and they have kept on. I honestly don't know when the whole thing will come crashing down.

Anyone with any sort of a brain knows that what the US has been doing will not work forever.

It's worked much longer than many expected but we're absolutely seeing cracks in the system. The only way we've kept this party going is literally by hook or by crook coercing the world to go along with the USD as the global reserve Petro dollar.

Everything that is going wrong in the world today can probably be tied to the behind the scenes battle occuring between the US and the east/BRICS as they are trying to subvert the USD and the US is doing all possible to prevent that. We're looking at WW3 being fought because we have spent money like drunken sailers and don't want to pay the bar tab so we're going to go down swinging and destroy the bar in the process. That's my analogy.

Rome fell partly because it actually experienced almost every single problem America is experiencing today. It's incredibly parallel the similarities.

The smartest thing we could possibly do is all the money we sink into china (who is our enemy and direct competition) is spend at home and with Mexico. Let mexico build all our cheap shit and if we develop their economy more illegals will just stay in Mexico and be less likely to come here.

If we have an appetite for cheap shit building it in Mexico is the best idea we can come up with.

Problem is the Cartels and Corrupt Government of Mexico doesn't have the level of control over its population the way communist China does: Sure they'll murder you just the same, but the chinese will sell your body parts after they do...Mexicans haven't the niche for copying/duplicating the way Asians do, nor do they likely have anywhere near the level of technology...I MUCH rather see goods made in Mexico and transported by truck/train into the US than thousands of cargo ships from halfway around the World. (ever notice how nothing is said of Cargo Ships and their Carbon Footprint/Bunker Oil consumption?)
