Pump AR and Threaded Muzzle Questions

Hello, new member from CA here. I am offering a new pump action AR15 upper assembly and parts kit for sale, and have started in CA since I have a better handle on the laws that apply. For reference, the company is "Outcast Garrison", and we have a website and FB. Anyway, I'm interested in making it NY compliant, and your laws seem very similar to ours, but there is one restriction that even CA doesn't have (threaded muzzle), so I have a couple questions.

1. Are threaded muzzles really illegal?
2. If yes, does that apply to all CF rifles, or only semi-auto?
3. If applicable to all CF rifles, will a pinned and welded muzzle device satisfy the restriction?
4. Any feedback on other "gotcha" restrictions would be appreciated.

I appreciate any information that you can offer. Our pump AR is a direct fit onto any standard AR15 lower, and primarily uses standard AR components. As a manually operated rifle, it allows normal AR accessories and mag releases. Below are some photos for anyone interested.

I think it's pretty simple. A pump action is not considered an assault weapon. Therefore all evil AR style features are NY compliant. ie Troy Defense PAR.

Because it is not a semi-automatic, none of the "assault weapon" laws apply to it.
The law is written as a "semi-automatic rifle, with a detachable magazine, and any of the following features:" is an assault weapon, and is illegal unless registered. Because that rifle is not a semi-automatic, the "following features" part does not apply to it.
You can have all the flash hiders, muzzle breaks*, and fore-grips that you want.
If the gun is a semi, and had a detachable magazine, those same features would make it illegal.

That's great. I was concerned that the threaded muzzle references I was seeing were applied broadly. I'm glad that isn't the case. The reality is, your laws aren't much different than ours (asinine), so, apparently, I'm good to go. I didn't want to have to mess fixed muzzle devices. I'd rather let the customer make their own choices. Many thanks.
