Cliff notes- Homeslice, who happens to be a city council member, told a friend he wanted to off himself and the police intervened. Cops put him on 72 hour psych hold and confiscated a full featured AR, standard cap mag and a shotgun and then arrested him for his evil possessions.

Before the safe act— semi auto rifle with two evil features was illegal . The rifle in this case alledgely had three.

Is this the rifle that person had because it’s not semi-auto . He was charged with having a semi auto rifle with the “ evil “ features.
