Push to unseal the draft Whitewater indictment against Hillary Clinton gets court date
A federal appeals court will hear a case brought by Judicial Watch on Friday to make public draft indictments of Hillary Clinton from the Whitewater scandal in the 1990s.

Judicial Watch, a conservative watchdog group that files Freedom of Information Act requests, wants copies of the documents that the National Archives and Records Administration has declined to release. It filed a FOIA request for the documents in March 2015 and in October 2015 the group sued for the 238 pages of responsive records.

According to Judicial Watch: “The National Archives argues that the documents should be kept secret, citing grand jury secrecy and Clinton’s personal privacy.”

Why does this matter....I believe we will see that Comey has been running criminal interference for the Clintons for over 30 years... Cases that could get the Clintons sent to jail he just happens to get involved in ...
... I suspect release what is asked and we will all see where the average six pack Joe would be making Buba happy in prison for what transpired . But the Clintons skate due to his efforts ..... This is why everything has been hidden . I am sure everything was on the up and up ... but one can talk to the right folks and persuade them to downplay the crime ... Kind of like blaming a clerical error for not reporting millions of dollars of income ... at an IRS trial. ... The intent was not present judge ..... just give them a slap on the wrist instead of 20 years in jail. ... That the average Joe six pack would receive...


Comey had investigated the Clintons previously
In fact, the email server probe marked the third time Comey has investigated Bill or Hillary Clinton.
Their first run-in came in the mid-1990s, when Comey joined the Senate Whitewater Committee as a deputy special counsel. There he dug into allegations that the Clintons took part in a fraud connected to a Arkansas real estate venture gone bust. No charges were ever brought against either Clinton, but the scandal would eventually lead to independent counsel Kenneth Starr's probe that would result in the Lewinsky scandal.

The decision set off a political firestorm focused on accusations that Rich's ex-wife Denise made donations to the Democratic Party, the Clinton Library and Hillary Clinton's 2000 Senate campaign as part of a plan to get Rich off the hook. Comey ultimately decided not to pursue the case.
The kicker: Comey himself had overseen Rich's prosecution between 1987 and 1993.
