Question about Benelli M1 S90

Would a Benelli pistol grip stock part #BEN80046
be a correct fit and legal on a Benelli M1 S90 (H&K import) 18.5 barrel 4+1?
I know it’s been asked a million times but bear with me…

Don't know about part number but pistol grip is not an evil feature on semiautomatic shotgun in NYS. I happen to have a Benelli pistol grip stock off an M4 but not sure if that fits either.

The main thing is that it’s legal. The M4 stock would definitely be a no go for its little brother. Hard to find for the M1 found one on eBay. Thanks again for the reply and offer.

IDK there seems to be alot of posts online that say it fits. Only difference I see is very small lip at top where it mates up to receiver. Otherwise looks pretty much identical.

I saw some posts also that say there different for some reason. Does look the same though. Just pulled the trigger on the one on eBay. Really appreciate the help.
