What lawsuits are left against "aw" and magazine bans?

I know we just lost in MA with an unconstitutional, illegal ruling and I know it will be rubber stamped in the 1st circuit.

Anything in CA?

What ever happened to the CO magazine ban?

Can VT challenge their new ban since the 2nd CIRCUS already upheld our unconstitutional ban?

SAF filed a lawsuit in Deerfield but the 7th circuit already upheld their ban so what good is there lawsuit?

This seems hopeless. We're never going to get a positive ruling and if we do they will just overturn in enbanc like Kolbe.

Personally I am at the point where I hope the rest of the country falls. Make them feel our pain. Then if SCOTUS doesn't do the right thing, might as well get the civil war started. Millions of Americans aren't going to simply give up their rights. WTF is SCOTUS waiting for...

I’m waiting for Roberts to die from some sudden medical episode. For Kennedy to retire. For Kagan to die in some lesbian love triangle gone wrong. For Sotomayor to die falling down in a drunken stupor. And especially for Ginsburg to be found dead with one of her aides at her side trying to forge her signature on just one more BS dissent.

And for Trump to replace every damn one of those justices with the most conservative justices he can nominate, and that we can hopefully jam through the senate, - with or without McTurtle at the helm.

By the time you're done waiting for S.C. Justices to die our Rights will be non-existent.
If you're hoping that new Justices will tip the scales in your favor, what happens to people who do not want a Theocratic Nation? A "Conservative" Court would be just as quick to wipe out the 1st Amendment as these Courts seem willing to do for the 2nd.

Why can't we just have our Rights!?
