Question about new "sensitive places" law.

The question should be:

Dear <name>,

Since the new State laws are not very clear about what constitutes a consent to legally carry a conceal firearm in a private property
my question is:

If state licensed concealed carry holders decide to leave their firearm at home what kind of security would you be providing to
assure people are well protected inside a secured perimeter inside your stores?

I am very concerned people who before were able to legally defend themselves and others would now be exposed and at tremendous
risk if effective measures are not taken.

How embarrassing it should be that Bruen was handed down, and the State, or party in the losing side basically bitch slapped the SCOTUS with such an malfeasant piece of legislation that was not only passed, but signed into law! Along with a Federal Judge that acknowledged the UNCONSTITUTIONAL elements of the law, and also failed to ACT!

What is the rationale behind having to wait for a resident to be wronged, in order to have standing when the law being in place, creates the environment that the wrong will occur. And to let it stand and allow a wrong to occur while knowing the law is unconstitutional is beyond ridiculousness! That judge should be removed...

They cant get you for the sensitive places unless they catch you in the store with a gun.If the sticker is the glue on type you can be charged with criminal mis. If it is one of those vinyl static cling type. like the old colorforms toy and can be easilly removed there really isnt much else they can get you for.Unless there is some local ordinance about posting notices.Back in the 80's-90's in NYC there was a trend for property owners putting big stickers on cars that were infringing on their property stating the car was parked illegally.They were a real pain to scrape off.It all stopped when they started charging people with crim mis. for putting the stickers on cars.

This morning supposedly someone came in telling the hunting department that it is illegal for them to sell guns because even though they have the sign on their doors of their establishment that the entrance to the main establishment and parking lot is NOT marked. They also stated that they were informing the State Police regarding this.

No idea, but it was a guy. It happened early this morning and I didn't stop by till after lunch. Apparently the person that was telling them all this, including the store manage was pissed. I stopped by because I was curious to see what processes they were doing and of course I do some small talk with some of the associates that know me.

It cant be much worse than the people who put notes on your car or under your wiper. Just the other day we had a pamphlet left on our car from some "Freedom Life Church"...... or something. Although I liked their name, I dont care for their group. But just like the "clingers" you are talking about, the pamphlet was easy to remove and caused no damage.

This is how it is a lot of times and that’s why I asked the question. You may go to say cabelas and they have a sign allowing CC, but some one else may own the entire parking lot that Cabela sits on with 8-10 other stores. Now how in the hell are you ever supposed to know that or get that permission. This is such a cluster it’s not even funny. What if you drive from one parking lot to another?

I am amazed at how so many here have so little confidence in their concealed carry. They are afraid of getting jammed up but chose to carry in ny?

Everyone says they have too much to lose while losing their rights in the process. I just don't get it.

Im not sure what there isn’t to get but I’ll try to clear it up for you. I’m 100% confident in my concealed carry but things happen. What if you need to use your gun for defense? Do you honestly think they won’t charge you because of that? I can hear it now, if not for this felon criminal gun owner person xyz would still be alive today. They were such a good nice person too.
If o get caught I will lose pretty much everything I have. I would lose my job, my i aura me, my retirement, and likely my house and my wife. So to me there’s not much left after this. Sure I give up my rights for a bit and if it sticks around I’ll re-evaluate. That’s why this judge fucking is on the stay really pisses me off.

If you want to get caught and arrested it should be very easy to do so and by all means be that guy that breaks it for us. I’ll even donate to your legal defense.
Also you know nothing about me and I will re-evaluate the situation as time goes on. I also don’t go that many places where it is restricted these days so it doesn’t have a huge impact on me. In a few years I will go even less place when my son graduates high school.
