Question for anyone who has renewed PA LTCF in Erie PA

My expiration date is approaching. I assume I need to show up there in person, like I did for the original permit. Someone who has been there / done that can you confirm this?

I do mine in Erie County, PA. I had to arrive in person.

Pennsylvania LTCs don't "renew" per se. They're valid for five years, then you have to appear in person to get another one.
