a FFL"what" there are many types thanks to the NRA and RINOS .. FFL03 is for relics ... i don't have one but i can buy a black powder pistol with no PP or NIC .. with restrictions .. i cant have all the stuff to shoot it ..

I can always transfer a pistol to me.......as long as NYS does not find out.....if they did i would be in possession of an unregistered handgun........but the NYS Dealer in firearms exempts me from Most of penal code 265.......i could probably get off if i was in court.

The dealer and firearms license allows me to possess and handle handguns, without a pistol permit. That is why FFL are required to get one so they can deal on firearms with or that out a pistol permit.

Transferring pistol to myself and not putting on a pistol permit would be bad to say the least.

Would being an FFL be enough justification to have PP restrictions removed ( ie Full conceal) in the counties where it is difficult to do so?

Can an FFL have a "LEO only" items section ?
You know, for sale only, not "just because".

My lgs actually has a whole corner of their store dedicated to leo only so I'd think so.
