Question on NYS legal shotgun

Hi all, forum newbie here. I recently bought the Black Aces Tactical Pro Series X Shotgun (pump version). It’s default form came with a standard buttstock, with additional installable goodies, including a telescoping/foldable stock and a pistol grip.

My question is, can I install the telescoping/foldable stock and pistol grip and still be NYS (or any other law I’m unaware of) compliant? I’ve attached pics for comparison.

It comes as a 4 + 1, but I recently extended the magazine tube, making it a 6 + 1.
