Ralph Warnock could have some legal trouble, his church isn’t registers as a charitable organization

I’m assuming they aren’t paying taxes on anything and operating as a charitable organization in violation of the law. I think he should be subpoenaed. Also he get $7,417 in housing allowance per month from them? I’d like to know how much he is actually working for the church.
Then on top of that his other organization is evicting people for owing an average of $125 in past due rent. This is for a homeless shelter/housing.
