Lets ban alcohol, its as dangerous as any other drug. Its destroys people and families .
Hell, dieing should be illegal.Lets ban alcohol, its as dangerous as any other drug. Its destroys people and families .
Most criminals wouldn't have commited their crimes if they weren't driven to the crime scene in a vehicle either. But he wouldn't have eaten the face off if he wasn't on drugs... Darth, they're telling you 2+2=4 and you're saying it equals 5...
Eating someone's face is illegal. What is the benefit of making it "double illegal" by outlawing the drugs too ?Nooooo
A guy eating someones face has nothing to do with the drugs hes on.
Must be gun violence.
He was high on life.Alcohol.
There’s no such thing as a victimless crime though... and btw I meant non-violent drug crimes (and or blue collar) that’s my bad for not pointing that out. Most criminals wouldn't have commited their crimes if they weren't driven to the crime scene in a vehicle either.
There are plenty of non-violent crimes. The entire category of white collar crimes fits that description.
There should be no victimless crimes.
Pointing out lots of victims is not a great argument that victimless crimes should be a thing.
Okay. Where does the money go? Supporting guys who commit violence. Now, you might not be the guy who gets hooked. Most are, but not you. People who are hooked are the victim of that crime and very often create victims of another kind. How so? If I smoke weed or do a line, who's the victim?
And cars while we are at it. The difference is addiction . While guns can be addicting , it doesn’t change our ability to make decisions. Now replace drugs with guns. If the same logic is used, guns should be gone after because there will always be victims due to violence by some in possession of guns.
Some might say more but the positives outweigh the negatives. It is an ugly woman’s best friend when she is looking for man-lolLets ban alcohol, its as dangerous as any other drug. Its destroys people and families .
You clearly use allot of sugar in order to swallow your coolaid. Out of an estimated 50,000 raids a year show me the number of busts that you claim we don't see. I would expect such heinous crimes would be front page news. Sorry the use of SWAT has been abused and the privilege should be taken away. Grant the FBI the privilege and if local PD needs the help for such serious infractions they can call the Feds.
People who are looking to get addicted will get addicted no matter what. It happens now with OxyContin. And cars while we are at it. The difference is addiction . While guns can be addicting , it doesn’t change our ability to make decisions.
If you want a better comparison then alcohol would be a better one. Maybe legalization proponents might have an argument but currently it is not victimless because of where the money goes a minimum. The addiction it causes and what people will do for that drug makes it not a victimless crime.
How about screw him and this dead chick?
How about we are tired of your bullshit laws and the names of these feel good bills. Just stop!
Do you know anything about the case underlying this?
Miss anything?
Yes you missed the part where they found NOTHING! Highly relevant, it calls into question how low the bar is set to get a warrant.
Too me, does not matter nothing was found.
This is a State Rights issue. Leave it to the state.

It was the wrong house. How about screw him and this dead chick?

It was the wrong house.
It was the wrong house.
Wrong....And the wrong address.
State’s Rights? What about the people’s rights to be secure in their person, houses, papers and effects? Bottom line, all searches in the home are unconstitutional until the government gave itself the power to violate the 4th via SCOTUS by defining the word unreasonable. If their is no absolute proof of a crime, then the search is unreasonable and nothing but a fishing expedition.
I do not understand what you are saying. So, no warrant of search is okay in the legal mind of Will? Got it.
It's almost like the black market is the problem and not the drugs.Okay. Where does the money go? Supporting guys who commit violence. Now, you might not be the guy who gets hooked. Most are, but not you. People who are hooked are the victim of that crime and very often create victims of another kind.
And money . Where does it go. Untaxed cigarettes. Victimless. Forget the state that loses the tax money. The victims are the terrorist bombs by terrorist in the Middle East. Most untaxed cigarettes in this area finance terror groups like hamas.
