Most criminals wouldn't have commited their crimes if they weren't driven to the crime scene in a vehicle either.
There are plenty of non-violent crimes. The entire category of white collar crimes fits that description.
There should be no victimless crimes.
Pointing out lots of victims is not a great argument that victimless crimes should be a thing.

Sorta on topic. Today I learned there is a processing plant in New Jersey that extracts all the cocaine from coca leaves. The cocaine free extract is sold to Coca Cola. The extracted cocaine is sold for use in medical stuff. There is a cocaine factory in New Jersey, USA.
There’s no such thing as a victimless crime though... and btw I meant non-violent drug crimes (and or blue collar) that’s my bad for not pointing that out.

Okay. Where does the money go? Supporting guys who commit violence. Now, you might not be the guy who gets hooked. Most are, but not you. People who are hooked are the victim of that crime and very often create victims of another kind.
And money . Where does it go. Untaxed cigarettes. Victimless. Forget the state that loses the tax money. The victims are the terrorist bombs by terrorist in the Middle East. Most untaxed cigarettes in this area finance terror groups like hamas.

And cars while we are at it. The difference is addiction . While guns can be addicting , it doesn’t change our ability to make decisions.
If you want a better comparison then alcohol would be a better one. Maybe legalization proponents might have an argument but currently it is not victimless because of where the money goes a minimum. The addiction it causes and what people will do for that drug makes it not a victimless crime.

The mental addiction for alcohol is less than opioids and cocaine or meth. It’s rare that a woman will be a hooker for just a drink of alcohol. She might go home with someone but not just for that drink. That can’t be said for some of the other illegal drugs.

Yes, yes I do. Police had a warrant. They knocked even though they did not need to and announced that they were the Police. Guy inside shot through a window and hit an officer. Cops shot back, she got hit. Miss anything?
My point is, stop using the names of these people, it is only pandering.
Stop these types of Bills/laws on the Federal side. These are issues for the State; not the Federal Government.

Yea OK, I'm going to leave my 4th amendment rights up to the state when the state considers the Safe Act and the Sullivan Act reasonable restrictions to the second amendment. Its time Americans get there rights back.

What about the people’s rights to be secure in their person, houses, papers and effects? Bottom line, all searches in the home are unconstitutional until the government gave itself the power to violate the 4th via SCOTUS by defining the word unreasonable. If their is no absolute proof of a crime, then the search is unreasonable and nothing but a fishing expedition.

It absolutely was not. The warrant had her name, her birthday, her address. This incorrect lie has been addressed by the police department, the news media as well as her family's attorney.

I think you should read the details. The 2 guys didn’t even live there but they used a BS excuse that they received packages there from the word of the postal inspector to obtain a warrant and it turns out that the postal inspector never gave any such information.
The warrant was obtained under fraudulent pretenses. It was a no knock warrant but the police without body cameras said that they had knocked anyway.

Apparently I have read quite a bit in regards to this case. Unlike some here, I knew her name and address were on the warrant.
