BACKSTORY – An absolutely damning Inspector General investigation released in June, reflected horrific FBI conduct in the rape and sexual assault of U.S. Gymnasts revealing how FBI agents facilitated Larry Nassar’s sex crimes by taking no action despite numerous witness statements to them.

Worse yet, the FBI never reported the sexual assaults to local law enforcement… and to top it off, the FBI agents lied during the investigation of their conduct, and the DOJ under AG Bill Barr refused to prosecute the FBI liars.

The entire IG report [Must Read pdf Here] reveals layer-upon-layer of FBI wrongdoing, misconduct and false statements in an effort to cover-up their activity when the internal investigation of their conduct began. This report is a total condemnation of the FBI rank and file. It really is quite stunning.

IG Report Excerpt – […] “The OIG found that, despite the extraordinarily serious nature of the allegations and the possibility that Nassar’s conduct could be continuing, senior officials in the FBI Indianapolis Field Office failed to respond to the Nassar allegations with the utmost seriousness and urgency that they deserved and required, made numerous and fundamental errors when they did respond to them, and violated multiple FBI policies.

The Indianapolis Field Office did not undertake any investigative activity until September 2nd, five weeks after the meeting with USA Gymnastics—when they telephonically interviewed one of the three athletes. Further, FBI Indianapolis never interviewed the other two gymnasts who they were told were available to meet with FBI investigators.

Prior service law enforcement, prior service military and 20+ years of “mandatory reporter” responsibility in a public setting among young people here…willful failure to disclose (or deliberate indifference) regardless of circumstance is a felony at both state and federal levels. Every DOJ lawyer, FBI agent, Olympic Committee representative or others with knowledge, direct or indirect, are liable and subject to prosecution as material conspirators in the commission of felony criminal sexual conduct. Perhaps registered sex offender status would enhance the “credentials” of many of these “public servants”.

One would think that these tremendous athletes, the cream of the crop of a very competitive nation, who were going to represent our great nation on the international stage, would have had their allegations heard quicker and more thoroughly than if it was a run-of-the-mill sexual abuse case from a no-name highs school in some rural district….as it would put the powerful and influential and (once) respected US Olympic Teams organization under a big public spotlight if they did otherwise. Of course, Bagpipe Barr did not prosecute another FBI senior member caught with child porn. And DURHAM(!) let Clinesmith off with a dinky “lying to the FBI” charge instead of tampering with evidence and disfrauding a Court…no less try to flip him to name his superiors at DOJ-NSD who helped him out. It might be helpful in the future that female gymnasts only get treated by a FEMALE non-Lesbian team doctor in the future. Just like the Public Teacher’s Unions never seem to have a vetting protocol to weed out or diversion protocol for perverted male (and now to a larger extent, FEMALE) teachers who molest our kids to an average of 300 convictions a year. These poor ladies deserved a lot better and should be able to sue the crap out of the FBI. And Wray needs to go like last week’s mackerel.

Ideally also pass legislation that prevents any former FBI agent from holding any law enforcement position going forward including dog catcher.
