Doesn't matter if you wish it or not, we all wind up dead.
I guess Kavanaugh got right to work. Huh?
Well, yeah, but I'm not going around say, "I can't wait for that bitch to die!" I'll just be happy when the seat is vacated and up for auction.
she has a limited history of falling down and can hardly hold her head up during an interview. The dems fear she will retire...Kavanaugh hearing won't be as nasty as the next Trump nominee but I'm loving the thought of watching their tantrum
Yes, Barrett is the logical choice. But certainly no smooth confirmation.
Let me clarify a bit. Should have said not JUST protests, demonstrations, and marches. There would be all of those but, given the climate of today and the willingness of leftists to rage, I believe these would lead to violence and, quite likely, deaths because of it.
And yet i had a great uncle who played tennis every day until he was 92
You have to sort of admire the dedication to one's ideals that will let her die on the bench rather than retire during an unfavorable time and enjoy what time you have left. It is a shame she is of the incorrect political persuasion.
On that note, I'm wishing her a lengthy, drawn out recovery with no hope of a doctor's note OK'ing a return to work. As pain free as possible, I'm no sadist.
They're going to hook this mother fucker up to every life support system they can.
Fuck her, Im all about giving trump a second pick. Fix this communist shithole.
.... but would you trust him to make decisions that governed how you could live your life?
3rd pick, but whos counting
My 80 year old dad is as sharp as he was decades ago.
I would absolutely trust his decisions......in fact I often do.
"And yet i had a great uncle who played tennis every day until he was 92"
yepper...and I saw a fish bowl and a house fly....and a kitchen sink
That's damn funny right there.
Hell dude was pulling tail up until he passed
This injury with RBG's history has about a 75% survival rate. She will likely recover but will be more fragile for some time. Blunt force rib fracture at her age and medical history is a serious injury with subsequent respiratory risks.
They're already prepping Dr. Ford on her story of how Barrett gang raped her in some house, somewhere, some time ago.
i dont care how she leaves the scotus, whether in a box, or with a cane... i just cant wait for her to leave, and if its in a box then so freaking be it.
Nah, Ford has retired from the field. She got her million bucks in GoFundMe money and is done. They'll have to find a former altar boy that Barrett molested during catechism class.
Her tongue does wag!
Hopefully, she tripped on the Constitution.
Not knowing what it looks like she very well may have.
Already pretty frickin fragile.
And I do not feel bad about being nonchalant about an old person's health on account of the importance of their position and my belief that being in that position willingly given her apparent physical state is irresponsible.
There was a comment above about this not being physically challenging, but it is--or should be--a high intensity position that includes substantial stress. People at 85 are operating at diminished mental capacity from younger years. Period. There are some 85 year olds who are spry and still on the money, even if weakened. Can anybody watch this interview and say she qualifies? She is already feeble. And yet only one of 9 judges who make profound, generational decisions affecting millions of people.
FIFY - when the DemonRats make shit up, they swing for the fences.
It will be party time again just like when McCain cashed in his chips. I hope it happens while o am back in new Yorkistan deer hunting. I can gather with a few gun forum members and really tie one on. Beer & chicken wings.
COME ON GRIM REAPER, GET BUSY!
She should have a drool bucket strapped to her chin
I wish no one ill.
She didn't age well. Even for 85.
Since Cuomo is planning to imminently rape our rights again, we better hope the supreme court takes as far of a turn right as we can. I don't even feel guilty or bad saying it. Its in our best interests for President trump to appoint as many constitutional judges as possible In the next year. Even if it's 1 judge it will be a great accomplishment and may make the difference in striking down the safe act and safe act 2.0
I saw it with both of my parents, - that in your advanced years, with each injury or medical episode, that the person recovers at a lower level.
That is, that their quality of life drops a few notches each time. Physically weaker; mentally less with it,- until their bodies simply cannot continue to deal with the decline, and they die. Or, their pain can become too much to deal with, and they simply give up and die of their own free will.
I don’t know what she weighs right now, but if her weight drops down into that 85-95 # range, she will get very close to checking out, despite the efforts of those on the left to keep her alive.
Just saw something that said her recovery time may be 3 or 4 months before she can work again. That begs the question: if she cannot work, and does not participate in actual SCOTUS hearings, does she have to refuse herself from rendering a decision? I certainly hope that is the case.
In any event, I give her 6 months or less. And I absolutely cannot wait to see the full blown shitstorm from the left when President Trump fills his 3rd SCOTUS vacancy!
So long RBG, - and good riddance when you go! You and your fellow libs on SCOTUS have done more than enough damage to our country!
Separate names with a comma.
