WTT Re25 or Bullseye powder for 4198

I have 2 lbs each of Re25 and Bullseye powder on hand, but just opened my last pound of 4198.
I'd like to trade pound for pound.
I'm located in southern NY(Rockland cty), but travel frequently up to the Oneonta area.
FTF only, no shipping, not for sale and I only need any manufacturer of 4198 powder only please.
