I bet they dispose of them as fast as they confiscate them.
It's going to be a freaken mess starting tomorrow.
If it were me they were coming after tomorrow, they might get my guns, but I'd get a few of them. This might be the start of the big one.

Agreed, given all we have learned lately about the number of not yet recertified permits and the fact that the state police have publicly stated that they will accept late applicanttions, it seems as though this is the way it will all play out. Black helicopters aren’t coming.

We have a tyrant, not a governor. A governor implies they give a fuck about the people who live in the community surrounding them. This is a man using the position for his own ends.

It will take months alone to determine who, what, where, when, how, etc. When they comile a list, the NYSP will then need to determine its own accuracy, names matched with permits, LNA, etc., coordination with the respective counties, then contact, remediation, etc.

Maybe, just maybe, in 2020, when Cuomostan tries to make a run at the brass ring, you might see some poor bastard that for 2 years didn't comply and gets jammed up with something, or pisses an ex off, or a neighbor... Yeah he wants to get re-elected. He takes guns he loses next time around. Makes sense to me.

Except the County Clerk has absolutely zero to do with enforcement of the law. So what he says about it carries no weight whatsoever. The only thing his office has to do is shuffle paperwork.

Actually he does, He is the one the state police contact 1st. He would be the one that would contact the county judge.
Enforcement is county level.
