You got it all wrong, they need to ban private transportation and force mass transportation on everybody, even in rural areas. Then they need to require working trades to have permits so that when you go to Home Depot to buy a hammer you must show a license. They need to outlaw private individuals from ever thinking about performing home repairs, they must require licensed and permitted contractors to change light bulbs and basic routine maintenance. They must stop at nothing to ensure the safety from splinters.
