Don't be coy. You know as well as I do that a high velocity spring plate plus a 9mm stabilizer can be turned into a functioning machine bolt gun pretty easily.

Basically a cache requires at least three firearms. Arsenal is five or more firearms, and ten or more firearms is enough to supply a small army. Twenty or more shows clear intent to wage war.
