Here's the problem with that -- All fine and dandy, but first off, we lose our guns/rights first. The person that reports it already got their revenge. Even if dubious, they took that person's rights away -- temporarily.

Besides, what do you think they are going to do to those that reports under even the slightest of dubious circumstances? Likely a minor slap on the wrist, and they will likely be allowed to do it again down the road.

What about those that don't have the cash flow to sue the person that made the false allegations in the first place? That makes it an even better target for those that don't like you want to take out revenge.

Still waiting to hear how many of these are false allegations or of insignificance... doubt they'll report that.

Folks that have a temper or can get fired up over little things will be at the biggest risk.Get into an argument with a karen or an ex and they know they can report you. . Argue with a neighbor over their dog on your property ... John law shows up. I believe all they have to say is that you threatened them . We cannot discount any of this anymore. .. Who will say you can get your guns back ... Argue with a judge. .. At what cost ... Will you need to spend mega bucks going to an evaluation for your mental health.
