What if it's an AK-47 variant? NY doesn't require registration of illegal immigrants? Seems the unSafeAct only applies to domestic, natural born firearms.

If the only thing your guns have "assaulted" are paper/steel targets and bowling pins, do you still have to register?

What if you have true "weapons of war"? I'm pretty sure my Type 99s and Type 26 have assaulted people before. Should I register them?

I was SO UPSET Aril 14 2014 we had a horrible fire up at the farm everything we have burnt into the basement including all my guns, I am just now rebuilding my BB gun collection!!!!

The only guns that you can register now are regular pistols on a permit and antique long guns that are over 50 years old that have features like an old M1 Carbine and are considered an AW.

For this, any idea if the person needs to be a C&R license holder or can non C&R people buy say M1 carbine Paratrooper and register it.

(Asking because I am debating on getting my C&R again.) Not to mention guess what was is coming to the markets that are over 50 years and C&R eligible......... AR-15s

RE-registration, meaning you already registered prior to the deadline after the SAFE Act was passed, and are re-upping the registration.

You can't buy a fully featured AR today and register it now.
