The product actually was not used or its intended purpose!!!!! not Remington;s fault. I'm sorry for what happened but again not Remington's fault for using their product for something it was not intended for. Same as the hammer. People don't sue the hammer maker when a husband beats his wife to death with it!! But again the guns laws are for YOU only and whatever meets the agenda of the Gubermint. So IMHO prove laws are bend to meet agenda's and sway things the way they want.
Again its a trajedy and i'm sorry for what happened to them...but NOT Remington's fault. So why hurt them to make a group of people feel better....its not gonna bring anybody back.

I know they are sayings its more about how the gun was marketed but cmon. Because they made "successful" product they need to pay the ulitmate price for it...... its just WRONG i say.........

I'm sort of read it as go ahead as is "let the case proceed"...... don't let the 2005 Congressional passage of no lawsuits to manufacturers stop you. I guess we will have to see how exactly it proceeds.

The fact that it's even allowed to proceed us the issue. Apparently we now pick and choose which laws we enforce....black robe be damned. I guess this will eventually lead to the use of the Constitution and Bill of Rights in restrooms with which to wipe one's ass.

BINGO... Point is there was a law to not allow this.....but now we/the courts decide to "change our mind". This should not even be an issue....so they twist it to be NOT quite the same cuz its how they marketed it...not made it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Isnt that in essence the purpose of marketing. so to speak. either way regardless this goes against the law and purpose of the law made cuz this is Different.....again as always you gotta think of the children!!!!!

Caveat: I have not read much on this case yet.

With that said- I think it is the former. Bring it back when its ripe for an across the board smack down.

There’s no such thing as not winning a lawsuit when your client is a bunch of dead kids shot in a school. Laws don’t really apply in that situation.
