I usually receive a "THIRD REMINDER!!!" warning email for my trailer registration. Never receive reminder 1 or 2, and I've never received a reminder for the motorcycle registration.
Maybe the State just doesn't have the mental capacity to do this.

They don't have a plan to revoke your car privileges if you don't renew like they do have plans to revoke your PP if you don't renew.
