Actually I think it was more of a risk analysis. The insurance companies took a look at how the Remington lawyers had screwed the case up so far and said these a**holes are going to cost us alot of money.

Correct, and along with the distortion of this from the MSM, the gun control advocates are having multiple orgasms over all the negativity generated against Remington on all the various firearms boards. Most can’t see the forest for the trees.
