Reed's call for an investigation comes after Cuomo said the state won't repair a stretch of I-90 in Chautauqua County because of concerns that it will give the Seneca Nation of Indians an excuse not to pay $255 million in casino revenue it owes the state and local governments.

I would laugh my ass off if the Seneca Nation starts enforcing their Sovereign Nation status, and tells FUAC to shove his tax bill as far up his derriere as possible.

I can tell you it is 100% clear that this stretch of road is neglected on purpose. You can be driving and it’s not so bad then see the Indian reservation sign and it’s a disaster. Like driving thruway speeds on a dirt road.

The Seneca should install checkpoints/toll gates at their borders, and fix the roads themselves. That would be a pretty big middle finger to Albany.

I have driven it as well. I'm surprised they even paint lines.

I live right near this stretch of I90.
This road is beyond bad to the piint of being dangerous.
There are 10 inch deep potholes the size of manholes. If youre not paying attention, you WILL destroy your tire and rim.
Most people slow to below 45mph when going through there.
This will cause a tragic accident.
