I thought there was some fuckery going on given the slow pace of vote counting. Glad to see the Republican majority but it is razor thin. This means a couple of anti trump rinos can gum up the works. If only they had the party discipline the commie democrats have.

There's still some undecided seats, so the margin can go up.

Cabinet positions and other appointed positions need to be carefully considered now, as the vacant seats in the House need to be filled by special elections, if I’m not mistaken. Things could go sideways. FAFO.

The Republican establishment types still hold a lot of sway. If they'd thrown real money at some of these House races and the Senate races for Lake, Hovde, Rogers, and Brown there would be solid majorities all around. But, they still think they can resist the populist takeover of their party so they starved the most populist candidates. MAGA isn't the Tea Party but that's where MAGA has it's roots. The more they resist, the more powerful the populist undercurrent becomes.

Yes it can and I suspect it will. Democrats will be immensely motivated to vote in those areas while the republicans will not be.
Trump has already selected two out of this pool and it needs to stop.
I figure they will end up with 222 by the way it’s shaking up now and if you take away the two appointments it could be 220. While that’s still the majority it’s pretty thin.
