This morning I did some research on school shootings. I made a list that only includes "random targeting."
Not a lovers quarrel where only one or two students were targeted... Or gang shootings etc... Not a teacher or professor shooting another teacher(s) or professor(s), yeah that has happened... I came across some real oddball stuff researching this topic
that I had no idea has happened.

Anyways, I don't have the time now but later today / tonight I will post the list that I have compiled.
The list only contains "random targeting" - "numerous casualties" - "student related"
Not all of the other ones that the anti gun groups use in their stats.

I have time to post this for now,,, mass casualty shootings at a school or college incidents per decade.
What you consider mass casualty or any other metric that I was going by personally may differ from yours... Just Saying.

1950's -- 0
1960's -- 1
1970's -- 1
1980's -- 1
1990's -- 2
2000's -- 3
2010's -- 4

First off, what has changed? Obviously there has been guns available since the 1950's. Semi Auto's in particular.
Secondly, an increase of mass school shootings has only increased by 3 since the 60's, 70's and 80's.
I know that's 1, 2, 3, or 4 to many... But the point is it seems so much worse that that.

Why? It's because now, these incidents are being driven relentlessly by the main stream propagandists IMO.
Not to mention every time one of these school shootings happen our constitutional rights are attacked.
So this commie fuck Hogg can fuck off with his lies and misinformation!
I wish nothing but bad for the bastard in his future.

It is interesting, think of all the cheap surplus and even commercial M1 carbines and surplus Garands there were out there from the 1950s-1990s, essentially it was not an issue.

America has changed: ethnically, culturally, economically, morally, and politically, NOTHING has changed for the better.

We are a debtor nation that has not had balanced trade since 1975, millions of jobs and trillions of dollars outsourced, the space shuttle is parked and we have to use Russian rockets to send supplies to the space station..........................welcome to the third world!

This right here. I'm sure we could all collectively write a treatise on what's gone wrong with America. There are pockets of it here an there but the USA, once the world's greatest, most powerful nation is no more. I really wish I could've grown up in the '40s, '50s, or even '60s when we were at the top of our game. Now I get grow old on the ass end of a dying empire with barbarians encircling all around.

Interesting. I too have been looking at the numbers. My interest is less in the change over time, and more in the present state of affairs. Included are all mass shootings that took place at any school in the US. Regardless of motive, or even if only adults died and no students did. School shootings not included are those that had less than 4 fatalities (not including shooter) since these are not historically described as 'mass shootings'.

In the US the annual odds of:
...a mass shooting at a school is 0.0005% or, 1 in 200,000
...a student dying in a mass shooting at school is 0.0000069% or, 1 in 14,000,000​
