Second Amendment Show 10-17-22​

I have attended meetings several times over the years where she was the speaker . She discussed our gun rights and the state doing its best to trample over them.
Now this last podcast I posted above she claimed that the rebuttal that the state gave was disorganized .... Paperwork thrown together in a hurry ... Also mentioned that Everytown is providing most of the leg work for this "discovery " on why churches have historically banned guns .
I find these tidbits interesting . ... Perhaps someone else will also.
Now folks she has also mentioned that they are looking for donations . There is a half dozen lawsuits against the state and it cost in some cases hundreds of thousands to bring them to court. ... One case involves gun shop owners to I believe to be heard in a few weeks.

yeah back in like 1870's i think it was .. if you were a certain religion you could have guns .. but if you were that other religion you are banned ..

the 4 box diner had a video on this ..

im waiting for them to say look we had gun control laws when martin luther king was denied gun permit

On the video vs. text topic, I am partial to text as I can read much faster than it takes someone to speak. The content to a 5 minute video can be processed in seconds in text form.

Why on earth is a random uninvolved party (Everytown) “providing discovery”?! Are they now paid legal clerks in addition to being anti-constitutional activist shills?

As palloma said Everytown gets tens of millions of dollars every year to strip us of our gun rights. They are on the same page as the government anti gunners,.. Disarmament is the goal. So they throw 30-40 lawyers on this case to find something ... anything .... They need the government to strip us of our guns. This is not limited to this case. Almost every case that comes up they have a hand in if the truth were known.

This wasn't stayed either. So this is a statewide order restraining the houses of worship restriction in effect for the past 4 days. As with the other case it may only restrain the named defendants so technically may not restrain other local law enforcement outside the case but it should basically lay out a defense for others in the state as well. Go ahead and carry in church!

In this video I discuss a major win coming out of New York where a federal court just found the states sensitive location ban unconstitutional using NYSRPA v. Bruen!

IDK I was under the impression a circuit ruling is state wide unless it is specific to a region and mentioned in the ruling. But to be honest I don’t recall where I picked that up :idk:

Also, this is a preliminary injunction, not a final order. Yes, it signals that the district court thinks the plaintiff will win, but it's still "preliminary" not to mention subject to appeal. Something I could confirm in 10 seconds of scanning the document versus watching your 10 minute self-promoting YouTuber's video. So your statement that this is "permanent" is factually incorrect. We already knew the district court had enjoined enforcement and that the state will appeal.
