Why the hell not! They haven't done a goddamn thing since they've had all 3 branches of Government!! I don't know why anyone would be surprised that this is not moving forward! These friggin' RINOs have to go. We kept them in place just so we did not upset the apple cart while taking the WH. Now it is time for us to "Drain the Swamp"!!

Paul Ryan is part of the swamp. Hopefully his constituents remember these actions when it's time to 'renew' his contract.

Mo, just to be clear, the R's don't have all three branches. They definitely have the Executive and Legislative Branches, but they don't have the Judicial Branch yet. Hoping for that change real soon though.

No of course the time isn't right! It will be right according to them when Whites start shooting Blacks in the MSM and then the media will show how terrible this is and that the black people need to have CC reciprocity to protect themselves, then it will fly through right into law :mad::banghead:

I'm no fan of McConnell, but he was there for the Gorsuch vote. That alone gets him a pass for most things in my book, but Ryan on the other hand is a tumor who's got to go. Worst Speaker in modern memory, he can't marshal his bloc to produce votes, and is so ineffective that his Whip can't even deliver Pub votes when they'd be assumed Ayes.

Party "loyalty" doesn't exist in the GOP, the Freedom Caucus repeatedly tells him (rightfully so in most cases) to pound sand, and nobody fears the leadership for not keeping with the agenda. Say what you want about that wench Pelosi, she could lead a party and did so very effectively. Pelosi kept the troops in line, disloyalty was NEVER allowed while she held the gavel. It's a bitter pill to swallow, but the Dems could teach the Pubs a helluva lot regarding the consequences for it's membership if they don't hold the line.

The obstacle is obvious for most of us to see, the trouble lies squarely within "our" own ranks. Pubs still have FAR too many RINOs in the party, and that doesn't begin to touch on the Senate. The House alone is packed with Ryan types who are nevertrumpers all the way, and remain Chamber of Commerce Pubs with no taste for the great unwashed and their kind of populism. Ryan's days as Speaker are short lived if I were betting, his tenure so far is truly beyond under-performing.

swimmer, you're right. I meant the Senate, Congress and WH. I guess I was thinking of the "policy making, and voting" branches.
