WELL, Mr. Dumbass, with the illegal gun, has changed his story. I suspect when you testify UNDER OATH that you admit to being shot AFTER YOU POINT YOUR ILLEGAL GUN at the defendant, and then change your story for a money grab, its going to get toss on the merits alone. And if Rittenhouse's lawyer has a single brain cell, he WILL COUNTER SUE for perjury

Grosskreutz ran toward Rittenhouse on Aug. 25, 2020, after the teen fatally shot two people.

“He approached with his hands in the air to try to ease the situation and stop the killing,” the suit reads. “Defendant Rittenhouse instead shot Mr. Grosskreutz in the bicep, leaving a gaping wound.” < ut-ooh this is a total lie, according to his own testimony>

Grosskreutz said something different when he was under oath during Rittenhouse’s trial.

He agreed then that Rittenhouse didn’t fire at him until he pointed his gun at the teen.

“It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him with your gun … that he fired, right?” Corey Chirafisi, part of Rittenhouse’s defense team, asked Grosskreutz.

“Correct,” Grosskreutz replied.

In media interviews after the testimony, Grosskreutz tried to walk back that acknowledgment.

“I do believe that in that photo, given the right narrative, one could suggest that yes, I was pointing my weapon at the defendant. But when you play it as a movie or look at different stills, my arm was being vaporized as I was allegedly pointing my weapon at the defendant,” he told ABC. “It’s completely inconsistent with the physiology of my wound that he would have shot me while my weapon was pointed at his head.”

Perjury isn't something you can sue for. It's a criminal charge not a civil one.

Rittenhouse could sue him for a lot of things, but that isn't one of them.

Unfortunately even just the emotional distress suit would be worth more than you could ever get out of him. He's what they call "judgement proof". I.e. You can't get blood from a stone.

Rittenhouse could win a billion dollar judgement against him and he'd be luck to recover enough to pay for parking during the trial.
