Warren's pension is also secure. There is not a loss of public pension with a misdemeanor, according to a spokeswoman for the state comptroller's office.

This is what really pisses me off.

Obviously I'd like to see her convicted on multiple charges but if they at least took it to trial and got 1 felony conviction she wouldn't be able to keep her taxpayer funded pension.

This state is too corrupt to allow it but the law should be ANY conviction related to the office of a public official

Anyone have any idea how much her pension will be? I was trying to find it, but was not successful.

2 guns were found in the house. One was a pistol that she claims to be her Mother in-laws and the other, which was a rifle,,, happens to be a AR15. (STD-15)

I would like to see what happens with the charge for the AR15, which I assume wasn't NY state compliant. Its also I believe against the law to have one in the city but I could be mistaken.

Its funny they are now bringing this out into the open when she failed to get re-elected. Big news before is that it was just her husband getting arrested.

NY District Attornies know not to pursue trials in any NY Gun Law case. Either Pistol violations or SAFE Act violations. They will plea bargain them at all costs. Comunity service to time served. No trails no convictions. No convictions, no appeals. No appeals no Supreme Court overview.
