This is the way it should be. This should not be talked about. If you’re LGBTQA who cares and why do I need to know about it? If you are good for you and carry on with your life as you see fit but I don’t need to hear about it and posters don’t need to be hung up at schools about it.
Problem is everything you see or read about this faction of the population is pushing the envelope. You rarely hear about the normal ones living their lives and going to work day in and day out. Their other spokes people are the view and MSNBC/CNN types or crazy democrat politicians so you never see the normal.

The book, titled 'The Rainbow Parade', illustrates a young child and her two moms attending a pride parade together, where they see men in bondage holding hands and a near naked person walking the streets alone.

Outraged parents from Penfield Central School in New York attended a board meeting on Tuesday night in an effort to voice their concerns, but were shut down by officials who refused to listen.

'If you think that that's appropriate for children to see, then there's something wrong with you,' parent John Feathers fumed.

Then it sounds like you've answered your own question and admitted the issue isn't LGBTQ people, but the media.

People seem to cross the line when their sexuality becomes their identity. The vast majority of LGBT people just want to live and let live. The ones who've let their sexuality take over their entire personality are the ones parading down the street in bondage gear with a 12" pink dildo glued to their forehead. Ill never tell anyone who to love or who they can and cant sleep with. But I dont need your weird fetishes on public display for an entire month .

These books dont belong in elementary school libraries. For any reason. When the TV news has to blur the illustration, it should be a red flag.

I cant find it now, but therr was a video some years ago of a dad reading a book at a school board meeting. It was vulgar. The board President stopped him after a little bit and was like "this is not appropriate for this meeeting" and the dad went nuts going "no shit!!! But you think it's appropriate for my 3rd grader to bring home!" The board prez literally made the guys point for him and then some.

I agree outside of people wanting to sleep with kids or people that can’t speak for themselves.

The media has these people on pushing the envelope but those people are happy to do it. I’ll agree with you those people seem to be the minority and they are in every group.
