Well I mean anything in this cartridge will "shoot 1,000 yards" out of the box.
The question is, "how well?"
Joking aside it looks like a handy rifle; if I hunted at those ranges this would go next to my 18" .308 patrol rifle in the safe.

I have the magpul hunter stock on my Ruger American 308. With match ammo, it shoots very well. But, it just barely stretches out to 1000 yards.

Does it have the predator contoured barrel or something heavier?

It says heavy. If you price it out, American predator, magpul stock, muzzle brake and 20 MOA base is going to be about the same.

My wife pick this up a month or so ago. Haven’t had it out yet. Got a pretty good deal at herbs

a 22LR can shoot 1760 yrds .. so i bet it can shoot a lot farther .. but can you hit the target LOL..
