Ruger Blkhawk Conv 10mm/40s&w

I have my eye on this. The only way this happens is if I can get my FFL to agree to a trade. I would obviously add cash ontop. But I'm thinking an AR and a 12g coach gun plus whatever for this. I'd imagine 10mm would be more than adequate for hunting deer and maybe black bear, yes/no? I was originally thinking to do a trade for either a Ruger pc9 or a Fightlite lower but it would appear my FFL's distributor has widdled down their inventory and no longer carries the NY legal pc9 and they used to have the Fightlite/Ares lower but it now doesn't seem so. I would also consider a regular Ruger New Vaquero in 357 since I'm invested in that caliber, but I'm also invested in 40s&w since I have a G23. The distributor also used to have the regular New Vaquero in 357 with a 5.5 inch bbl, but no longer. I'll have to check with him to find out if he has other distributors he can source from and if he would even be up for doing a trade. Last I spoke with him (a few months ago) I brought the idea of a trade up for the pc9 and he seemed inclined, but I hadn't made my mind up. We'll see if he is still up for it.
