I read someplace: Russia says that sanctions on the country could cause the International Space Station to crash into the ocean. The head of the Russian space agency Roscosmos called on Saturday for the sanctions against Russia to be lifted.

There are 10 people on the ISS now. AFAIK there are four Americans, one German, two Russians, and three Chinese. Russia won't do shit to the ISS, unless it is a false flag operation, until the Chinese crew is safely off the station. The way things look they wouldn't give much of a shit about the Americans, the German, or even their own cannon fodder cosmonauts.

Anyway the head of the Russian Space Agency was whining about the ISS crashing unless a Russian craft gave it a re-boost. Sorta bs ... Russian spaceships regularly fire their engines to push the ISS higher after the station loses altitude as part of normal operations. NASA, however, now has a Northrop Grumman Cygnus spacecraft on the ISS that is set to perform a routine orbital reboost ... without Russia.

They did it to one of of their own for a while. I remember other HAM radio operators who listened as he passed over telling me he talked about being abandoned and asked for help. I thought it was someone playing a prank.

There is still some valuable science coming out of there. Whether it's valuable enough to be worth the cost is a matter of debate, but they're not just jerking off.

They are working on making replacement organs . If your children had stem cells extracted by the time they are old, they may live well over 100 . Science may be able to replace failing organs with replicas of the original.
Further uses can make artificial meat and foods like we see in science fiction.

Yes they need zero gravity to print organs.

I don't remember what it was, but i read about a medicine they developed that could only have been done in zero gravity. I think it had to do with alzheimers.
