I could maybe get down with a mandatory retirement age. Maybe. Term limits not so much. Either way the whole structure of the court would have to be rewritten via Constitutional Amendment. I can't see either of the parties opening that can of worms.

They definitely won't. It would be "ageist". Even though it's irrefutable that mental faculties decline with age. Wisdom can make up for that to a degree, but frankly seeing her try to piece together her thoughts here and take a dog's age doing it, it's difficult to believe she's at the top of her game mentally.

Having seen her rulings for the past 25 years, I'd say she is now finally AT THE TOP OF HER GAME! To say she was awash with cognitive skills previous to now validates her positions for two and half decades.
