1) trump fills seat

if trump does lose but fills the seat it will be some consolation. And frankly rbg was not fit to be on the court for years. It was pure hubris that Obama did not replace her.
The left will never ever demonize her for that, but it is her fault her seat will be filled by trump.

How was Obama going. to replace her? She would need to be impeached. There was no cause to do so.
Not too sure Biden is winning anything. There's way too much negativity out there to ignore. Maybe 6 weeks ago he was building momentum because he stayed out of sight! But like Clinton, the more exposure they get and the more they open their mouths, they shoot themselves.

SCOTUS Justices have the position for life. Nothing Obama or anyone else could do about it. But I agree, she's been incompetent for that position for several years now (probably should've stepped down a decade ago).
