Sounds like she has a liver lesion and the bile duct cleaning was unrelated. She’s been getting cancer treatments since May but the first course wasn’t helping so they changed direction. Now it’s all good. She’s had 4 bouts with cancer and 2-3 infections she can’t hold on much longer.

I don't think anything is certain like Trump winning, but I will say this: the dems lost the last election because they kept ramping up the PC culture and crazy, and people just kept their views to themselves and voted them at the polls. Do the dems really think doubling down on the political correctness is going to do anything but yield the same polls of Trump massively losing like we saw in 2016? Polls are reading similarly, which is probably a sign the outcome is going to be just the same.

The dems are not a monolithic block.
You can bet that the elite are pissed about the leftward tack, because they know it will hurt them in November.
But the left flank of the party sees this as their opportunity to drag the whole party to the left.
They are not as concerned about winning in Nov, they are more interested in getting control of the Dem party. For them forcing the moderates to abandon the party is a bonus.
Then maybe we are finally seeing the birth of more than two parties in the U.S.
A lot of the Democrats who are abandoning the Democratic Party don't really want to side with the Republicans. Eventually they will feel they are numerous enough to be a threat to the Republican Party on their own.
And what remains of the Democrat Party will eventually whither away as their population and funding dries up.
Civil war will start as soon as Trump is elected. The left will go ape shit!
