Rye to promote mandatory storage

The City of Rye and the Rye School District will discuss promoting mandatory firearms storage at their regular scheduled City Council meeting on Wednesday, October 23 @ 6:30pm.

Heller did that. NYS still passed the law requiring if you have kids under 18 or prohibited people in your house. Constitution, laws, Supreme Court ruling? NYS doesn't care.
