Sounds like they want to sue guns makers and sellers out of business.
No surprise been waiting for this for a while. What I would have asked is how many cars are stolen and cause harm? Are we going to hold car manufacturers and sales lots accountable for that? How about alcohol stolen?

I don't think this one will come up this session. I don't think the bill is in the final form yet. I expect the "ghost guns" and no lead ammo hunting bill to become law this session.
